Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan Faces Blockade Amid Resumption Plan

Suspended Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan has announced her intention to resume plenary today, citing a recent court judgment in her favour. Despite warnings from the Senate that her suspension remains in force, the Kogi Central lawmaker insists she is acting within her rights.

Her lawyer, West Idahosa (SAN), argued that the court ruling nullifies her suspension. However, security around the National Assembly has reportedly been tightened in anticipation of her appearance.
